Entry Forms are available to be picked up at the Farm Show office and the Extension office. They can also be obtained by calling the Farm Show office at 724-482-4000.

Animal Entry forms, a Certificate of Liability Insurance dated May 1, 2008 or later, and a Vet-Client Form are due July 14.

Camper Registration form is also due July 14.

Enter Showmanship, Tractor Handling, and Lead Line Contests using any entry form.
